Partners Harley Mayer Jr. and Tim Patrick share 20 years experience in the converter business. After a few months of buying and selling scrap converters, the enterprising pair stepped up their operation to include marketing a line of universal aftermarkets. Soon the need to use Harley's experience in rebuilding converters became obvious.
An old warehouse was converted into a sales office and shipping department with a shop area for remanufacturing. Another building was used to house the scrap operation and inventory.
